In the United States we have a wide variety of freedoms. Despite many attempts, we are still a free people and as citizen’s of the United States benefit from the Bill of Rights. We stand firm with the belief that the Second Amendment covers the legal ownership and use of body armor. We have the right, and in our opinion duty to be able to protect our family and ourselves, and therefore the right to purchase and use body armor in the defense of yourself, your family, and even a third party. This right extends to both the personal and professional use of body armor.

In Texas, knowing if you can legally buy armor requires answering a couple of questions. (1) have you been convicted of a felony? If you answer yes, stop right here. Federal Law (18 U.S.C. 931) makes it illegal for a convicted felon to own and/or possess body armor.

If you answer no, then for Texas we are good to go. You can legally own, possess and even wear body armor. So our next question is going to be what kind of armor are you looking for. This is where the answers start to vary greatly, and are typically a very personal and independent answer to each customer we are speaking with.

If you are not from Texas our next question is are you from Connecticut? Unfortunately the legislator in Connecticut has limited the sale of body armor to face-to-face sales and therefore we can not legally ship armor to the State of Connecticut.
