While no body armor carrier is completely invisible, the Revolution utilizes a thin, ultra-lightweight microfiber shell and a contoured ergonomic cut to significantly minimize “printing” (the silhouette of the vest). Sizing & Fit Guide (Male / Gender-Neutral)
IMPORTANT: Even Width Sizing Update Armor Express has updated its sizing to even widths only. If you are replacing an older “Legacy” vest with odd width sizing, you must size up to the next even width to ensure a proper fit for your ballistic panels.

2. Custom Sizing & Measuring
For the most precise fit, we recommend having a partner assist you with measurements while wearing your full duty gear.
- Chest: Measure the widest part of the chest.
- Torso Width: Measure around the widest part of the belly (using the navel as a reference). Round UP to the nearest inch.
- Back Length: Measure from the prominent cervical vertebrae down to the top of the duty belt. Round DOWN to the nearest inch.
